Alignment: 100% Paragon and around 30% Renegade. I chose the diplomatic option for most quests if I could (I had a high Charm level), but occasionally shot people who I thought deserved it (Fist, for example).
I completed every quest and found every single mineral node, asari writing, turian insignia and salarian ID, even once I'd already obtained enough to complete their respective quests. Seriously, I did everything in the game. I used the Mass Effect Progress Checklist and looked at map screenshots of every explorable planet. I found the purpose of the Asari Consort's "small mystery".
The only things I didn't do were quests from the DLC, which I don't have installed.
Choices made:
- Ashley saved on Virmire.
- Romanced Ashley but told her to go away during the lockdown conversation. No sex scene occured. (My Shepard's probably considered single by ME2, but he and Ash did have a flirty thing going on. I roleplayed him as deeming it inappropriate for a commanding officer to get involved with a soldier under his command. That, and he had a secret crush on Tali :3).
- Wrex charmed on Virmire (Family Armour quest had been completed anyway).
- Council was saved.
- Rachni Queen was saved.
- Conrad Verner was treated neutrally most of the time, but Paragon persuasion was used during his final appearance.
- UNC: Asari Diplomacy completed, and for this playthrough I made sure I went to talk with Nassana to recieve the quest before going to kill her sister, as opposed to killing her sister first like I normally do during my regular exploration.
- I allowed the Alliance to retain Nirali Bhatia's body, and me and Ashley persuaded her husband that it's what she would have wanted.
All of Zhu's Hope sidequests completed, all brainwashed colonists were saved, and I even persuaded Jeong that pumping funds into the colony would be good for Exogeni's PR.
- I gave the Cerberus data to the Shadow Broker's agent.
- I gave Tali the Geth data.
- I trained Garrus to be more Paragon, and he said he was planning to rejoin C-Sec as well as apply for the Spectres.
- I told the Terra Firma party candidate that I disagreed with his platform and couldn't endorse him.
- I persuaded Major Kyle to surrender, saved the hostage from the L2 Biotics, killed all the hostiles in the base with the drugged scientists without killing any innocents, and generally saved every possible innocent while killing all the bad guys in every mission.
- I gave Schells the data for his gambling device.
- I shot the Tenth Street Reds member when he threatened to besmirch my good name.
- I gave a completely professional interview with the reporter, so much so that Hackett said that "she came across as a raving idiot".
- Saren was persuaded to shoot himself, using Charm through most of the conversation but Intimidate for the final choice (Shepard basically told him to shoot himself if he had the guts).
I chose Anderson for the Council, although this shouldn't matter because the choice is made after the final save (I think).

* Scan the Keepers: All Keepers scanned, peacefully solves situation between Chorban and Jaleed
* The Fourth Estate: Charmed 2 times, then chose "Can't comment". Praised by Hackett for making al-Jilani look like an idiot
* Doctor Michel: Completed both quest, blackmailer killed (+2 Paragon dialogue)
* Family Matter: Charmed Rebekah into undergo gene therapy
* Hostile Takeover: Charmed Helena Blake into disband her gang
* Dead Scientists: Chamed Toombs into not shooting Wayne
* Cerberus: All quests (Missing Marines, Cerberus, Hade's Dogs) completed, Kahoku avenged
* Hostage: Convinced biotics to spare Burns
* Rogue VI: VI destroyed, Moon cleared
* Besieged Base: Being a Paragon playthrough, I couldn't have access to this quest without glitching
* Asari Diplomacy: Quest completed, charmed Nassana for Armali License and additional credits/xp

No whatsoever relationship with Liara or Ashley. Talking with them, if the proper Renegade options are not chosen, results in Shepard developing an interest in them.
In my playthrough Shepard has no love interest: proof of this is that no one comes to encourage Shepard before Joker tells him about meeting Anderson at Flux.

My idea for this run was that a Paragon has to help the galaxy and its people, more than mindlessly click on blue dialogue option.
I therefore chose Paragon options for almost every dialogue, with some exceptions I'll explain (does not contain Mass Effect 2 spoilers!) here:
* Jeong killed (+2 Paragon): If he's charmed via Paragon dialogue, ExoGeni retains its control over the colony. Insted, if he's killed (Paragon dialogue, though), the colony is free to grow on its own, making the best Paragon choice in my opinion since it's what colonists wanted
* Helped Calis spy on Binary Helix (+2 Renegade): As Anoleis confirmed, Binary Helix is helping Saren developing weapons. Why damaging Saren is considered a Renegade action is beyond me
* Killed Finch (+9 Renegade): Weisman could have killed millions of Turians with his actions. Finch is no better, declaring his (and Reds') hate for other races and threatening Shepard
For every other Assignment not mentioned here, Paragon choices were picked.
