About 40-50% each paragon and renegade, but with slightly more paragon so I got the blue ending sequence. Not racist.
Did most of the collection quests, the only thing I was missing at the end out of all was two damn light metals. Completed just about every quest, except the DLC
Have BringDownTheSky installed, but didn't do it on this runthrough cause ME2 was coming out in a couple days and I was getting antsy to finish.
Saved the rachni queen
Shoved a gun in Conrad's face so he lived to annoy another day
Killed Nassana Dantius' sister
Killed the gang rep for earthborn quest, impressed the turian!
Let the other Akuze survivor kill the cerberus goon, then himself
Gave Tali the geth data, killed the organ doctor and encouraged Garrus to be more renegade
Went after Soverign first, believe I let the politicians figure out who wants to be on the Council, which when I imported it led to a choice in the interview

Most sidequests done, most mineral quests done - but not completionist.
Mixed Paragon/Renegade, although the Renegade bar is quite a bit higher. Not racist. Sidequests tended to be resolved Renegade style, main missions tended to be resolved Paragon style.
Didn't have Bring Down The Sky
Didn't have Pinnacle Station.
Saved rachni queen.
Treated Verner as a Renegade (i.e. shoved a gun in his face).
Did do UNC: Asari Diplomacy.
Allowed Nirali Bhatia's body to have experiments done.
Completed Zhu's Hope water, food and fuel quests. Killed one colonist because she glitched. Saved all the others including the asari.
Encouraged Garrus to be more Renegade-like.
As an addendum, did all Cerberus-related missions and wiped out all their bases.
Hopefully that's a vaguely unique Shepard! :)

Approximately 90% Renegade, 80% Paragon. Generally made the choice that "felt right" (usually Paragon, except when people annoyed me), used Intimidate. Not racist.
Most sidequests complete, but not all.
DLC: Killed Balaak's men, captured him. Pinnacle Station installed, but not completed.
Endgame: Saved Council.
Noveria: Freed Rachni Queen. Intimidated Qui'in into testifying.
Feros: Saved all but one colonist. Spared Shiala. Intimidated Jeong into helping the colony.
Virmire: Saved Kirrahe. Spared the asari scientist.
Wrex's Armor, Dr. Saleon complete. Geth data given to Tali.
Citadel: All keepers scanned. Let the Alliance run tests on Bhatia. Wrex killed Fist. Convinced Talitha to take the Sedative. Threatened Conrad. Assisted Wong for the first quest, Charmed her out of the second. Took the interview, did not punch Al-Jilani. Aided Nassana. Told Rebekah to get the treatment. Aided the Consort, saw the vision of the Protheans.
Other: All Cerberus Assignments complete. Charmed Toombs out of shooting the scientist. Saved Chairman Burns. Intimidated Blake into giving up her gang.

Mixed becaues while she is quick to kill those that stand in her way she has a sense of duty that limits how much she sacrifices lives for a "easy way out". Tends to intimidate folks more then shoot them...most the time. Also non racist so some paragon choices made in conversations to suit personality. Made this cause no mixed females with Kaiden alive without a romance.
Completionist: All collection quests completed and all planets visited EXCEPT Chole(Paragon mission never unlocked)
Bring down the Sky: Charn killed. Balak lives. Hostages saved.
Pinnacle Station: Completed Ahern's misson.
