Garrus more Renegade-Like
Generally played Renegade (to 100%) but tended to make enough paragon decisions to get substantial paragon points. Generally if you criminals or asshole characters got capped. If a character was a soldier (any race or faction) or an unwilling victim in someone else’s scheme I tended to think twice before shooting them. Non-racist so Ashley got left behind. Max credits (rich achievement).

This character was mostly Renegade, but I did a mix. I did however use the Lorik bug to max both Paragon and Renegade. Note: Will show up as Paragon in ME2

I did all non-DLC missions in the game, including all the collection quest.
-I started a romance with Liara, but did turned her down in the love scene. Note: Will show up as Liara romanced in ME2.

-Let the alliance conduct experiments on Nirali Bhatia's body

-Used Intim on Jeong to get him to stand down
-Killed the scientist in the Tombs mission
-Took the one guy off life support
-Let Major Kyle live
-got through most of the interview with what's her face, but ended it when she asked about Saren
-used intim on the Hanar who was preaching
-got the cargo for the Hanar on Noveria and gave it to him
-did the hot labs first on Noveria so I had to kill all the gaurds
-killed the scientist from Exo-Geni who was working with the Thorian spores off world
-Told Helena to disband her gang
-in the quest where the brother in law and mother are fighting over how her baby should be born, I let her choose (didn't undergo gene therapy)
-Used intim to make Saren kill himself
NOTE: Udina/Anderson council nomination status was unspecified. Udina's nomination is assumed because of the Renegade preference.

Quick playthrough to get my old 'completionist' Shepard up to level 60 specifically for ME2.
Did the quests that matter for ME2, either as in-game consequences or just emails. No DLC.
'Romanced' Liara as the game didn't give me much choice.
Tried to keep him real so mixed alignment (help the weak, punish the bastards), although most major decisions are Paragon. The bars both full at about 70%, ME2 recognizes char as Paragon. Have a save with the same Shepard saving the Council as well, although the way I played him doesn't really justify risking the fate of the entire galaxy to save three politicians and a big ship.
As for other quests...
Squad members:
- gave Tali the geth data
- let Garrus kill dr. Saleon, pushed him towards renegade
- recovered armor for Wrex
Citadel:
- charmed Conrad to go home (as of now, ME2 doesn't recognize this properly)
- killed Nassana's sister
- killed Fist
- convinced Samesh Bhatia to let the Alliance keep his wife's body
- scanned all keepers
- helped Sha'ira
- helped Emily Wong (both times)
- made a good impression in the interview, no punching
- helped doctor Michel
