Maxed out Renegade, about 60% Paragon. Pulled a gun on people a lot, used a lot of intimidate and aggressive conversation choices, mix of renegade and paragon solutions to quests. Mostly went with what felt "right" for the particular quest. Not racist.
Did maybe half of all sidequests. Did none of the gathering ones.
Installed Bring Down the Sky, executed terrorist leader, let the hostages die.
Got Wrex's family armor.
Saved the Rachni Queen.
Pulled a gun on Conrad.
Completed Asari Diplomacy.
Allowed experiments on Nirali Bhatia's body.
Completed food and water Zhu's Hope quests, killed all the colonists.
Encouraged Garrus to be more Renegade.
Picked up Liara last.

This was a rapid playthrough with a specific focus on things that are known (believed) to be checked by ME2 when you import the character. I've got everything exactly as I want it, though I'm certainly not averse to powergaming... Most of the major choices were Paragon, but I'd intimidated a few people that I think deserved it. Both alignment meters are maxed from the conversation loop on Noveria. He is level 60 too.
